On Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at about 10 a.m., the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a disturbance at a residence on the 2200 block of Fern Street in Eureka. It was reported to deputies a male had assaulted a female and had fled the residence.
Deputies searched for the suspect, 22 year old Isiah Martin Nevarez Beacham. Eureka Police Department (EPD) Officers responded to assist. Officers searched the nearby area and Sequoia Park. Beacham was detained by EPD Officers at Wood and P Streets.
Beacham was arrested by HCSO and taken to the Humboldt County Correctional Facility where he was booked for domestic violence and two felony warrants for domestic violence. His bail was set at $105,000. The female victim received minor injuries from the incident.
