Acquaintance of Charles Kesselring , IV recently convicted, tells tipster he was allegedly stabbed at prison facility

A regular reader of my blog wrote and asked me if I had heard anything about Charles Kesselring, the machete yielding pizza suspect, recently convicted, being stabbed in prison two days ago and that he had died.

I was checking with the jail and HCSO but later my tipster told me this happened at the High Desert Correctional Facility. This information was allegedly from a relative of Kesselring.

I will check on this tomorrow with the prison facility and HCSO.

There is no record of him in the inmate locator for CDC.

Update from HCSO: Charles Kesselring is still in our jail custody at this time.  He is alive and well.
