Second Humboldt Hill suspect hires top private attorney and will turn himself in between 3 and 4 p.m. today

Colt Tuel, the second suspect in the Humboldt Hill shooting incident will be turning himself into the Humboldt County Sheriff's office this afternoon between three and four p.m. The Humboldt County Correctional Facility has been notified.

He is being represented by one of tbe top local private attorneys, Mr. Michael Robinson. I just was in contact with Mr. Robinson to confirm this news.

His brother Brock  who surrendered yesterday  will be represented by private attorney David Nims of Jannsen and Malloy.  It is anticipated that Colt will be held in HCCF, with bail set at $500,000., pending a court arraignment either Tuesday or Wednesday this week.

  2. I hope they both get gang rapped in jail. I'm sick and tired of children wanting to be "Badasses" to impress each other and taking advantage of regular citizens. If we had REAL laws here, and harsh sentences, maybe it would give these jackasses a moment of pause.

  3. I hope they NEVER get any hope. I hope they get gang rapped in jail! I'm tired of these little assholes wanting to impress their friends by acting little little wanna be thugs and taking advantage of regular citizens. IF we had REAL laws in this country, where the punishment was harsh for crimes against people, maybe it would give jackasses like these two a moment of pause.
