Did you know that the wife of Lucky, running for Ward 4,  has a home in Willow Creek that has defaulted? Public notice in the papers right now.  Also, the home he's trying to sell in Cutten has a history of loan modifications.  I just thought it's interesting and probably something people who are voting might want to know.  I'm not even bothering with the other "news outlets."

As for the home in Cutten, the reader sent me a screenshot and the listing is on Lucky's Facebook page.

Eureka City Council Ward 4 candidate "Lucky" Thavisak Syphanthong is the only one out of all 4 candidates running in the November 2024 election who has not responded to me twice in the last month. He has responded to other outlets and my initial call to him was before anyone else reported the news that Lucky was a candidate. 

I don't have time to waste on why and on someone unprofessional, especially on a busy Monday. Lucky and his wife have my email if they wish to contact me with a written response. 

I certainly would never recommend a realtor who does not return calls and is selective about who they speak to and who they ignore. "Lucky" and his wife may hang with a certain crowd but those people are not all Ward 4 voters.
