On this Tuesday's Board of Supervisor's agenda under County Counsel is conference about yet another anticipated litigation. Mr. Ben Mainzer has submitted a claim on behalf of Darrin Richard Dickson saying the amount of damage exceeds $10,000 "as of the date of the presentation of this claim."
