Timothy Joseph Boone was arrested yesterday by Eureka Police Department at 11: 30 a.m. for PC 302(a) disturbing a religious meeting by using profanity, misbehavior or unreasonable noise , PC 602 (o)(1) criminal trespass and PC 148(a)(1) resisting arrest. All these three charges are misdemeanors and Boone was released on O.R. Boone was arrested near Dolbeer and Russ streets.
A search in Humboldt Superior Court shows one open traffic infraction case filed 4/8/24 and one traffic infraction case from 2022 which is closed.
