Of all the suspects arrested along with local attorney Michael Acosta, only Bryan McBeth has yet to be charged.
Kevin Lee Haberman was finally arraigned on 3/11. He is charged with 12 counts. Public Defender's Office was appointed. Bail set at $500,000.
OR/bail hearing, confirmation of counsel and hearing on DA's motion to examine source of bail is scheduled for this afternoon.
The Public Defender's office was appointed to represent Kevin Haberman. Today, they declared a conflict. Conflict Counsel also had the same issue. Ms. Christina Allbright was appointed as Haberman's attorney. She asked the bail hearings be continued to the same day as intervention which is scheduled for 3/18; preliminary hearing 3/23.

Bryan mcbeth was on federal ankle monitor at the time of the raid and he has been arrested by the feds since the raid but I think he is out of custody now but I'm not forsure on that also ashley asti only had a small mis. Warrant and didn't have any drugs or anything on her when they came in my house but she did infact have 5 of those zanax in her purse that she had bought from tracie before arriving at my house and the cops left them in her purse which is crazy. Just thought u might want to know that
