Jack Daniels is going to prison for a while after being sentenced to 7 cases at today



Jack Daniels was scheduled to be sentenced on March 12 for first-degree robbery of an inhabited residence.



The maximum sentence for the robbery case  is six years in prison and it is a “strike” under California law.

It only took the jury a few hours on February 26  to find him guilty in the robbery case. He had six other cases"trailing and they are on calendar today. There was a global resolution for all his cases.

For the first degree robbery case, Daniels was sentenced to a stipulated term of six years.

In another case with drug and gun charges  he was sentenced to serve 1 year consecutively.  In another case with drug charges, he was sentenced to 8 months to be served consecutively.

He entered a plea to two DUI cases and was sentenced to 180 days to run consecutively for each case. Hit and run, felon in possession and a driving on suspended license charges were dismissed with a Harvey reservation.

Daniels waived credits from February 7 to today.

Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees is the prosecutor for the case and was present for sentencing, however Deputy District Attorney Tobias Hasler was the trial prosecutor.

Mr. Russ Clanton is Daniels' attorney. Daniels has 25 cases in the Humboldt Superior Court system.
