Cory Fisher's OR/Bail waived without prejudice; bail remains at three million

OR/ Bail hearing  was scheduled this afternoon for former Humboldt correctional deputy Cory Fisher. Fisher's attorney Mr. Russo waived his presence and waived his OR/Bail hearing without prejudice.
