  1. The scope of this case boggles the mind. The Feds need to roll in here with a RICO Act warrant and slam these two into Federal lock down. The balls it takes to file a claim for asset shows he thinks he's untouchable? has more money than brains? His lawyer is a greedy bastard and milking his completely in denial client? Brett's being running an ongoing criminal enterprise. Using the "Family Business" to transport illegal drugs, launder ill-gotten gains and evade state and federal taxes. All business properties and assets need to be seized immediately, all personal property's need to be seized immediately. All business records and tax filing need to be scrutinized. Most of their customer list will probably not even exist. With the size and scope of their operation it's obvious this is a multimillion-dollar, multi State, criminal Enterprise that's operated throughout the country. Time to grab up the rats so they'll start talking. Same thing for there buddies the Bakers next door. Sadly with all the cash they've thrown around some other businesses my have gotten greedy also. Stick'em all in Federal lock down, cut off there cash supplies and they'll start dealing to save there skins.
