Randall Lee Cook, who dropped David Ganfield off at Mad River ER was a no show this morning. He was one of the people Deputy Gagnon spoke to initially about this case. Investigation showed he did not tell the truth initially to law enforcement about his involvement.
He was the second witness scheduled this morning. Even after a 10 minute recess, he was still a no show several minuted later.
Deputy Gagnon testified next. His testimony ended around 10:45. After the mid-morning break, Cook showed up and testified. His testimony ended at noon.
