July Seipp, another resident at the house where David Ganfield was allegedly beaten, was at the Courthouse but went AWOL by the time she had to testify.
After waiting for her for several minutes, after having DA Investigator Gary Cooper briefly testify, then waiting for her again, court adjourned for the morning session at 11:45.
In the afternoon, she testified. When asked what happened in the morning, she responded, "I was running late."
