Trial confirmation was scheduled this afternoon for former HCSO Deputy Jason Daniels. Trial assignment is scheduled on May 27. Jury trial is scheduled for May 31.

Jury trial for former HCSO deputy accused of sexual assault postponed to next year

The jury trial for Jason Daniels was scheduled for September 21. Due to courtroom unavailibilty, there is a setting date for January 26, 2016 at 2 p.m in Courtroom 2.
