Verizon can you hear me now? Cell-phone service down in Humboldt?

Compared to the rest of the country, Humboldt has been spared so far. About an hour ago, tried to dial out on my cell-phone.

Cannot get through, not even to customer service. Texted a few friends and they are having the same issue.

    Same issue with work cell and personal cell. Can text and be on Internet but no calls
