On 11/6, Joseph Larue finally entered the plea in CR2403294. Sentencing is on 11/18. CR2403293 + CR2500184 are both extradition cases; they were continued by stipulation to 11/18. CR2500790 Larue's writ of habeas corpus had no date; last I checked was on 11/7/25.
Court minutes for the plea have details. Ms. Rebecca Linkous is Larue's attorney. Different Humboldt Deputy DAs have appeared at court hearings for the People.

11/18/25: In CR2403294, Larue was sentenced to 5 years in prison with 713 days credit. CR2403293 and CR2500184 are both extradition cases and scheduled on 12/18/25 for confirmation of transport.
There is still no date in CR2500790 writ of habeas corpus and I have been checking regularly.
12/18/25: Larue "ordered to be transported" in CR2500184 + CR2403293. People dismiss both cases.
There is no reason to do any more updates on Larue after 12/18/25.
