Amir Mobarakfadil Mohamed was arrested by Eureka Police Department yesterday for PC 422 (a) criminal threats, PC 69 resisting an executive officer and two counts of PC 415(3) disturbing the peace; specifically "any person who uses offensive words in a public place which are inherently likely to provoke an immediate violent reaction."
