19 year old Eric Allen Nelson was arrested by Eureka Police Department yesterday and booked for two counts of PC 422 criminal threats and one count of PC 166(a)(4) violation of a court order.
Nelson has a 2025 case with two PC 422 counts and a protective order in that case. Alleged victims Shyanna Lee Best and Deikon Levi Holden.
It was filed on 11/19/25; he was arraigned the same day; Conflict Counsel's office appointed and bail set at $25,000 by Retired Judge Christopher Wilson. At the OR bail on 11/20, supervised release was granted by Judge Wilson. Trial confirmation is on 3/3/26; jury trial on 3/9/26.
