19 year old Angelique White was arrested yesterday for  PC 261.5 (b) unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor. and PC 647 (f) public intoxication. Both these charges are misdemeanors and White was released on O.R.

There are so many crimes that are misdemeanors in California that need to be felonies; especially any charge involving a minor.

She has been arrested at least once, earlier this year in February and that arrest lists her as a Hoopa resident. 

On 12/4/25, the DA filed a complaint against White for a February 2025 incident charging her with assault and battery. Alleged victim is Donna Marie Martin. Arraignment on 1/28/26.

February 2025 case:

1/28/26: In CR2502887, referred to DA for affadavit. This is for a different incident in February 2025. No charges for the November 2025 arrest as of 1/29.

2/18/25: Still no charges for November 2025 arrest. Arraignment for February 2025 arrest on 3/26.
