Daniel Dozier's fate and justice for Mia Felder now in the hands of the jury

 

Yesterday attorneys presented closing arguments in Daniel Dozier's trial for the murder of Mia Felder. This morning, the People gave the rebuttal and after some more concluding jury instructions by Judge Steven Steward, the case has been turned over to the jury. First amended information filed yesterday and Dozier arraigned on amended charges. Another special allegation added to Count 2; PC 12022. 7 (a) great bodily injury enhancement.

Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees is the prosecutor. Ms. Andrea Sullivan is Dozier's attorney.
