Preliminary hearing for convicted human trafficker confirmed for next week

Intervention was scheduled this afternoon for convicted human trafficker David Anderson. Preliminary hearing scheduled for March 12 was confirmed.

Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads is the prosecutor for this case. Mr. Michael Acosta is Anderson's attorney.

Mr. Acosta told me it will not be a "live" preliminary hearing. That means the alleged victims will not testify. In court, the time estimate was reduced to.4 hours.
