Today during trial assignment, Judge John Feeney informed DA Maggie Fleming and Kevin Harralson's attorney, Mr. Mike Robinson that no courtroom would be available for the jury trial scheduled for September 14.
This is a no time waiver case, the 30th day is on September 25. A trial readiness was set for September 14 at 2 p.m. in Courtroom 5, trial assignment September 18 at 8:30 and Jury trial for September 21.
A 4 week estimate was given for the trial. Mr. Robinson filed a motion in limine yesterday.
No other media was in court.
