Humboldt Superior Court employee gets right to sue notice from the EEOC

In the post linked below which I did on August 5, there was an investigation by  the EEOC, done on a complaint filed by Paul Landrum, an employee of the Humboldt Superior Court.

This was the first post I did on the resignation of former Humboldt County CEO Kerri Keenan and issues with the Humboldt Superior Court.

On August 24, Mr. Landrum received a letter from the EEOC giving him a right to sue notice which allows him to pursue a private lawsuit in court. At this time, Mr. Landrum is not commenting on his future plans.
