As already reported on September 9, new hire joins DA's office

I had already reported on September 9 that Ms. Candace Myers was hired. She had been representing the City of Eureka.

Today, Humboldt County District Attorney Maggie Fleming announced the hiring of Deputy District Attorney Candace Myers. Ms. Myers, a graduate of Humboldt State University and McGeorge Law School, was most recently employed by the Eureka City Attorney’s office. Prior to that she had interned and worked as a misdemeanor Deputy District Attorney in the Sacramento District Attorney’s office. She will be assigned a misdemeanor caseload as well as workers’ compensation fraud cases.
