As indicated in the post, "Too many cases, not enough courtrooms next week", the Benjamin Carter jury trial in which the murder charge was dismissed and only the felon in possession of a firearm count remains, will start jury selection and be held in the afternoons in Courtroom 6 starting tomorrow.
Judge Christopher Wilson will be the trial Judge. Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees is prosecuting and Mr. Michael Acosta is representing Carter.
