Judge Miles recuses herself from the Jason Warren case

Judge Marilyn Miles briefly met with DA Maggie Fleming and Mr. Glenn Brown who represents Jason Warren in one of his cases in closed session, then in open court, she stated she was assigned to the case last week while she was away.

Due to certain friendships and relationships with People that may be potential witnesses, Judge Miles recused herself.

The case has been sent back to Presiding Judge Hinrichs  in Courtroom 5 this afternoon at 2 p.m.
