If today's Humboldt BOS meeting wasn't enough sturm und drang; man lights up a smoke in the Courthouse bathroom and walks through the BOS chambers

 

While I was covering the Board of Supervisors meeting just now, I heard Second District Supervisor Michelle Bushnell say, "someone is smoking in the chambers." Staff had to open the doors by the BOS office. As I left the Courthouse a few minutes ago, I found out from security and others that yesterday a man in a "pistachio" colored hoodie chased a woman into the Courthouse. HCSO deputies responded. He was told to leave. Today, he came back 4 times, the last time, he lit up a cigarette in the bathroom and then walked to the BOS chambers.
