Blaine O'Shaughnessy was on the second floor this morning to be arraigned in his 2024 case. The last post I did was in April 2024 when he failed to appear for arraignment in his hit and run case.
On the website for Curb Appeal, O Shaughnessy is still listed as lead contractor and owner as of 9:16 a.m. when I checked this morning. He was in court alone.
Deputy District Attorney Stuart Williams appeared on the case for the People. Conflict Counsel's office was appointed by Judge Kaleb Cockrum. O' Shaughnessy is charged in Count 1 with hit and run and Count 2 with failure to provide information.
Time was not waived. Trial Confirmation on 3/25; jury trial on 4/1.
