Legacy media out, new media in with rotation of physical office spaces available to Pentagon Press Corps

This letter from the Pentagon was posted on Twitter aka X by Haley Britzky who according to her profile works for CNN.

This was my response.

Good. There should be no monopoly by legacy media that no one pays attention to or has for decades. Rotation is fair. This is not an endorsement of any outlet. @POTUS & @PressSec see the future of media.

On January 28, I did a post about the White House taking applications from new media and the briefing room being open to podcasters, bloggers and independent journalists.

The headline for my January 28, 2025 post was "White House and Trump administration more inclusive than California when it comes to independent journalism."

I wrote in that post and it applies to this post," For partisan extremists who cannot give the Trump administration credit for this important move; you are petty. Like him or not; agree with him or not; those of you who say you appreciate my independent reporting should appreciate this inclusion."

Legacy media got too big for their britches, let the people down and have been exposed on both sides. Their owners and publishers gravitate to whoever is in power.
