This morning, there were a number of cases on for preliminary hearing for Dauwin Poe, Cotc Lincoln and Joseph Lenhart.
The three suspects have so many cases and if you do not follow this blog regularly, the links to previous coverage will get you caught up.
The one arrest that all three have in common is for an alleged home invasion robbery. Today, in court Poe had a lot of family support. Both grandmothers, mother and aunt.
Poe is represented by Ms. Andrea Sullivan; Lenhart by Ms. Rebecca Linkous and Lincoln by Mr. Gregory Kreis. Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer appeared on the case for the People.
Since Ms. Sullivan and Ms. Linkous are currently in trial, a continuance was anticipated and granted by Visiting Judge Ksenia Tsenin since there was no objection. Based on the schedules of all attorneys and when law enforcement would be available, the preliminary hearing was rescheduled for March 11. Ms. Linkous indicated that she is pursuing mental health diversion for Lenhart.
