Nicholas Leigl, the fourth suspect in the Jesus,Garcia homicide, ended up pleading in June. His sentencing is scheduled for December 14.
Leigl has a motion scheduled this afternoon at 2 p.m. in Courtroom 2 filed by his attorney, Mr. Michael Acosta to reduce bail/release on OR. Visiting Judge Robert Crone will hear the motion.
Bail in the local case is $100,000.
See previous posts where Leigl was denied bail and had two no bail bonds.
Deputy District Attorney Luke Bernthal is prosecuting the case.
