With two no bail bonds and bail reduction previously denied, will Nicholas Leigl get lucky today?

Nicholas Leigl, the fourth suspect in the Jesus,Garcia homicide, ended up pleading in June. His sentencing is scheduled for December 14.

Leigl has a motion scheduled this afternoon at 2 p.m. in Courtroom 2 filed by his attorney, Mr. Michael Acosta to reduce bail/release on OR. Visiting Judge Robert Crone will hear the motion.

Bail in the local case is $100,000.
