Bomb squad on scene in Crescent City, will x-ray bag and then "determine the best couse to deal with the situation"

There was a second bomb threat at a CAL Fire facility in Crescent City.

Latest update from Undersheriff William Honsal.

"The bomb squad is on the scene. The bomb tech is going to x-ray the bag in front of the fire station. After the x-ray they will determine the best course to deal with the situation."

I spoke with Supervisor Estelle Fennell about the Crescent City incident, "From what I know and I cannot discuss that at the moment but the two incidents do not appear to be linked."
