Anthony Domenico charged with arson and assault with a deadly weapon, preliminary scheduled for August 31

Anthony Domenico, had an intervention hearing scheduled this morning in Courtroom 5. His preliminary hearing was  confirmed for August 31.
On 8/24, he was denied release in his OR/Bail hearing. On 8/22, he was arraigned on two counts. Count 1 Arson; of a structure inhabitated by Thomas Allen Uber. Count 2, Assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm; a tree branch. Alleged victim, Uber.

Deputy Conflict Counsel Marek Reavis  is representing Domenico. Deputy District Attorney AJ Kamada is prosecuting the case.
