Humboldt County Sheriff's deputies asked to assist CHP at the scene of a traffic collision on Hwy 101 near Indianola where according to reports, an agitated and intoxicated male subject is urinating on people.
The only arrest by CHP yesterday for a DUI at that time was a Merlin Conrad Morin. He was booked at 7:07 p.m. and released at 12:30 a.m.
