Board Chair Mark Lovelace and Vice Chair Virginia Bass described the first joint meeting of Humboldt County Board of Supervisors and Eureka City Council.
Vice Chair Bass thanked former Supervisor Jimmy Smith for starting the original County City meeting group. She also thanked everyone involved in bringing this meeting to fruition.
