Bumper flies off in front of flag after possible three car accident in front of Courthouse

One woman may be injured. She is getting medical attention right now.



EPD on scene. Humboldt Fire on scene. Police getting information right now. Trying to determine who ran the red light.


All occupants refused to be transported to the hospital by ambulance, according to EPD PIO Brittany Powell. No other media on scene.
