Shane Goodrich, "Bodhi Tree's bud" busted again for drugs in Arcata
The meth heroin bust in Arcata today had a familiar name. Shane Goodrich owned the Marilyn Street house where Bodhi Tree was hanging out the morning he fled from law enforcement. Later that day Tree was arrested.
Goodrich was one of the witnesses who had an attitude on the stand, could not recall much, because in his words, he had taken pain medication. Currently on probation, Goodrich was busted.
Maybe he could claim memory loss again? This is how his interview could go :Officer, I have no idea how these drugs and paraphenelia ended up with me? The five people I am busted with, I don't recall how they got here? Who they are?

On Thursday, April 16, 2015, the Humboldt County Drug Task Force concluded a lengthy investigation into a poly drug trafficking organization. Agents from the Humboldt County Drug Task Force assisted by the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office, the Arcata Police Department and the United States Marshal’s Service served a Humboldt County Superior Court Search Warrant in the 1800 block of Truesdale Street, in Eureka, CA. Agents contacted Kaine McIntyre (Age 22), Shane Goodrich (Age 29), Fred Her (Age 32), Nu Yang (Age 36) and Timothy Stockhoff and located marijuana and methamphetamine.
Agents obtained a search warrant for residences in the 500 block of “G” Street in Eureka, the 2700 block of “S” Street in Eureka and the 1700 block of Willow Drive in Fortuna. At the residence in the 2700 block of “S” Street, agents contacted Cheng Her (Age 55) and Soua Vang (Age 53). During the search warrants, agents located approximately 274 pounds of marijuana, 758 growing marijuana plants, concentrated cannabis, suspected heroin, suspected methamphetamine, digital scales, packaging materials, a large sum of US Currency, and a US Currency counter.
Kaine McIntyre was arrested and booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Facility for possession of marijuana for sales and conspiracy.
Shane Goodrich was arrested and booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Facility for an active felony warrant, possession of marijuana for sales, conspiracy, possession of methamphetamine, and transporting narcotics into a correctional facility.
Fred Her was arrested and booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Facility for possession of marijuana for sales and conspiracy.
Nu Yang was arrested and booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Facility for possession of marijuana for sales and conspiracy.
Timothy Stockhoff was arrested and booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Facility for possession of methamphetamine.
Cheng Her was arrested and booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Facility for cultivation and possession of marijuana for sales and maintaining a residence for narcotics trafficking.
Soua Vang was arrested and booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Facility for cultivation and possession of marijuana for sales and maintaining a residence for narcotics trafficking.
