The Humboldt Republican Party will honor Mayor Frank Jager as the Republican of the Year at their annual dinner on May 3 at the Ingomar Club this year. The guest speaker is Shawn Steel a Republican National Committeeman from California.
Past recipients of Republican of the Year include Rob and Cherie Arkley and Peter Hannaford.
I have known Frank since I moved here and this is an excellent choice to honor a man who is a Proud Republican but has contributed to the entire community in many ways.
Isn't Frank the last elected Republican? Can you nominate him each year from now on?

ReplyDeleteThen again facts are not your forte. You can be civil in person but online you develop this extreme partisan persona. Does it have to do with the fact that your recently elected Democrat officials have achieved absolutely nothing of substance?
Frank, unlike you, donates time to all causes and is not partisan. You cannot help but reduce everything to a partisan issue because that dictates your view, not Frank or mine or many other Republicans.
