Paul requests two more weeks in Ferrer because all transcripts not ready

The hearing to decide whether the three defendant's cases would be severed in the Juan Ferrer was continued today because District Attorney Paul Gallegos said he only had one modified transcript ready for the Court. That transcript was for Sophie Rocheleau.

In the last hearing, Mr. Gallegos said that he would submit modified transcripts where each defendant's statements  would be presented in such a way that it would not be necessary for the cases to be severed.

The motion to sever has been continued to August 11 at 2 p.m.
