Sarah Caroll in custody, will be arraigned on warrants in her 2023 hit and run case and 2020 drug case

A bench warrant was issued on 10/7/24 for Sarah Carroll in her 2023 hit and run case. She was booked into the Humboldt County jail on 3/16/25 on that case as well as her previous co-defendant case which both resolved with a plea.

She was arraigned on the warrants in both cases this afternoon. In CR2303152, the 

bail  bond was forfeited. OR bail on 3/19; 

4/16 Readiness Conference on 4/16 and jury trial on 4/28. In CR2001060B

same date for OR bail, VOP pre trial on 4/16 and VOP revocation hearing on 4/28.

3/19: Supervised release denied by Judge Killoran.
