Husband currently in a jury trial, his wife keeps getting arrested for theft

Charles Kesselring whose jury trial will be wrapping up with closing arguments on June 6 has not been having the support of his wife, Jennifer Wall aka Jennifer Kesselring, through the trial. I have checked in from time to time on this trial because I have covered the case extensively.

I could not cover the jury trial because the Jonas Semore trial was wrapping up and the Jason Daniels started.

Jennifer Rebecca Wall aka Jennifer Kesselring was arrested by EPD yesterday at 9: 12 p.m. for PC 459.5, shoplifting.

On 5-29-15 at approx. 7:15 PM, UPD officers were dispatched to the area of Wal-Mart regarding a shoplifting
that had just occurred. The female suspect had fled into the passenger seat of an awaiting vehicle and left the
area in a silver SUV with dealer paper plates. A UPD officer quickly located the vehicle behind a large dirt
mound at the South end of Airport Park Blvd. The officer attempted to initiate a traffic stop on the vehicle,
however the vehicle sped up and began driving erratically N/B in the dirt lot. The vehicle drove over a culvert
at a high rate of speed, which appeared to have damaged the vehicle. As the driver attempted to flee at a high
rate of speed, the driver attempted to drive through a wire fence (located on the South side of Les Schwab Tires)
and got stuck. The vehicle was “boxed in” by the patrol car. The driver, Charles Kesselring, attempted to flee
on foot, but was quickly apprehended. The passenger, Jennifer Wall was taken into custody at the scene. The
vehicle was previously reported stolen out of Humboldt County. Officers located suspected methamphetamine
in the vehicle. Kesselring was wanted out of Humboldt County for carjacking, robbery, and terrorist threats.
Kesselring was also on active PRCS probation (Post Release Community Supervision) for auto theft.
Kesselring and Wall were lodged at the county jail, where Kesselring was additionally held on the Humboldt
County charges.

Pizza robbery machete wielding suspect Charles Kesselring's jury trial finally begins tomorrow

Since 10/26/15, the jury trial for Charles Kesselring has either been reset or continued by the defense and on May 16, there was no room and no judge available so the case "trailed day by day". Jury selection will begin tomorrow in Courtroom 2.

Mendocino Sheriff looking for Charles Kesselring for a $55,000 warrant finds out on facebook he is in HCSO custody

If the Mendocino Sheriff had checked HCSO jail reports or even read one of my numerous posts on Charles Kesselring, they would have known he is in Humboldt County jail.

Kesselring, the alleged machete wielding pizza van delivery robbery suspect has a felony warrant out in Mendocino for vehicular theft and fleeing from an officer.

Pizza robbery machete wielding suspect's jury trial start date undetermined

Charles Kesselring's court appearance was waived for trial assignment calendar this morning by his attorney, Ms. Christina Allbright. Deputy District Attorney Jackie Pizzo was present for the People.

The case was set to begin jury trial on January 4, it will be called that morning, but since it is a time waived case and many other trials are starting next week , Judge Joyce Hinrichs said "it is unlikely to proceed until later of next week."

Due to some scheduling issues with court availability and Ms. Allbright's schedule, the jury trial may be reset.

Defense files oral motion to continue in pizza robbery machete wielding suspect case; he actually behaves since Ms. Allbright got appointed

After several tries, Ms. Allbright is still Charles Kesselring IV's lawyer. He actually behaved in court today better than he ever has in the past.

Was it because it was a double calendar being called or did one of my biggest fans, his wife Jennifer Wall-Kesselring, show up on time after our last repartee.

The defense made an oral motion to continue, Kesselring entered a general time waiver. Deputy District Attorney David Christensen did not object to the continuance. Defense and the People had discussions privately and Mr. Christensen told Judge Joyce Hinrichs he felt there was good cause for the continuance.

The jury trial for October 26 has been vacated. New jury trial is January 4, trial confirmation is December 22, and pre-trial is December 8.
