Brock and Colt Tuel served with protective orders, bail hearing set for Thursday

This afternoon Visiting Judge Dennis Buckley read the charges against Brock and Colt Tuel.

Mr. Patrik Griego, California award winning lawyer, from Janssen and Malloy appeared in court for Brock Tuel's arraignment. Mr. Michael Robinson for Colt Tuel.

Both brothers entered a plea of not guilty. Time was not waived.

A CLETS protective order was served on both. Mr. Griego objected as did Mr. Robinson, but it was served. Both attorneys asked for an OR/Bail hearing at 2 p.m. on June 23. They also intend to review the protective orders and may ask for modifications.

Intervention is on June 29. Preliminary hearing us scheduled for July 5.

Unlike their photos released to media, today in court, Brock Tuel was sporting a full beard and Colt Tuel was clean shaven.
