Kathleen Bryson, defense attorney for Sandra Belisle, has filed a Romero Motion to be heard on June 18, 2014.
This week Judge John Feeney is on vacation. Visiting Judge Peter Mering from Sacramento, is hearing cases in Courtroom 1.
DDA Luke Brownfield is prosecuting the case.
Belisle has so many criminal cases in the court system that even Ms. Bryson made a reference to that today when they were confirming the date the Romero Motion is to be heard.
