Ferrer jury trial set Aug 4

All three defendants were arraigned, they did not waive time. Jury trial on August 4. Since Marek Reavis and Jennifer Dixon were in other courtrooms, David Lee represented Juan Ferrer today and Kevin Robinson represented Nicholas Stoiber.

All the defendants entered not guilty pleas.

District Attorney Paul Gallegos represented the People. Pre-trial on July 7 at 2 p.m., Trial Confirmation at 3 p.m. were on July 14 and Jury Trial on August 4 at 8:30 a.m.

    John, what is going on with Vincent Sanchez? So little press coverage, though he ruthlessly murdered his half brother and my friend Rick Storee. Is there a trial set?

    There is a hearing at the end of June. I cannot speak for the press but I update the cases I follow regularly.

    So look for an update soon.
