Mr. Kevin Robinson, from the Public Defender's Office who is representing Jason Warren told District Attorney Paul Gallegos in court right before the case was called that they will not be ready to confirm the jury trial in October.
Hank Seeman, husband of one of the victims in the case expressed disappointment to Mr. Gallegos outside the courtroom because the trial has been continued twice. He is meeting privately with Mr. Gallegos now.
Mr. Gallegos already brought this point up in court to the Judge who granted the request after discussing privately with attorneys.
Judge Reinholtsen told the attorneys he is going to be assigned to the civil calendar starting January and this case will most likely go to Judge John Feeney and that he would have to discuss this with Judge Feeney and should know in two weeks.
What happens when the new D.A. takes over, another delay?
