As usual defense starts closing and instead of evidence, we are on the usual tangent

Fifteen minutes into the closing argument, Mr. Russo has talked about jury process, jury selection, despite Judge saying jury does not decide sentencing trying to guilt the jury into voting not guilty.

An hour later, still no evidence to counter what People presented except defense basically rehashing their cross and theories in a typed presentation. In contrast to Ms. Firpo, the defense basically lectured the jury.

Mr. Russo who is presenting the defense's closing on Eureka said the prosecution's "evidence had not risen to beyond reasonable doubt."
