John Kufner finishes testifying, closing arguments in case start tommorow

I will have a post on Kufner's testimony and the Deputy District Attorney cross examination as soon as I can. Closing arguments start tomorrow.

      Donna, I will be posting on the last day of Kufner's testimony later this evening. Mr. Curtis gave his closing today, Mr. Russo has not finished. He will tomorrow, then the People get to give a rebuttal. I will post on closings tomorrow. If you can attend, you may want to come to court tomorrow, starts at 8:45.
