Jason Warren's best friend whose house he was hanging out before arrested is MIA, testimony is on hold

After afternoon break, Eddie Coch did not return to the witness stand. We are all out in the hallway. Courthouse security and DA Investigators were unable to locate him.

This is a deja vu of the Jason Arreaga case where Jerry Bachus left and had to be taken into custody to testify.

Testimony resumed with EPD Officer Patrick Bishop and EPD Detective Todd Wilcox testifying about Jason Warren's arrest and subsequent processing of clothes and evidence.

Photos of Warren's shoe taken after he was arrested showed reddish stains on the right shoe and red streaks in the seams.
