Humboldt court backlog right now is a defense attorneys' dream come true

They can pull their time waivers in cases and have the leverage of pleas because you can only try so many cases at once.

    especially with all "come back in a month" come back in 60 days.... come back and we will revisit all these things that the "circus" court wants done when it is danged near impossible to do some of the things they ask people to do! circus circus and not in a fun way! we need more judges!
