Jury selection starts for Bodhi Tree trial today

Last week jurors expressing hardship were questioned. That concluded. This morning general jury selection started mid-morning. As it has been in the past weeks, only the attorneys, judge defenfandt and court staff were inside Courtroom 4.

The courtroom was then opened to the general public and jurors were seated.

The baliff requested that members of the jury pool be seated first due to seating capacity. The courtroom was packed. There was one seat available. General public or press may have to stand during jury selection.

 If you plan to attend, please be mindful of potential jurors who may be in the hallway. Until opening arguments start, really nothing to report right now.
