This is from the FPPC website: "8 Q. After filing a Form 410, what is the next form required to be filed?
A. Typically the Form 497 (24-Hour Contribution Report) is the next required form. In fact,
the Form 497 may be required to be filed before the Form 410 is required if the
committee qualifies within the 90 days before an election. In the 90 days before the
election, a committee must file a Form 497 within 24 hours each time it receives
contributions that total in the aggregate $1,000 or more from a single source."

Why has this endorsement not been mentioned anywhere else? Whether this form was filed or not according to the schedule is hard to tell since there is no date when this contribution was given on the candidate statement.
When I tried to access the HCDCC website today and so did a few others, you cannot access Maggie's candidate statement, there is no link underlined and you get Chris Kerrigan instead. That does not help if people want to check it out.
Looking at 460s, people have made typos on dates like 12/31 instead 1/1 but that is minor.
The filing of the form is something her campaign manager or treasurer should be taking care of but this is the first I have heard of that she received money from the HCDSO.
At the Tea Party debate, Maggie did mention the endorsement. At the Mad River Debate, Allan Dollison asked her specifically about any donation from the HCDSO. There was no response.
Good work, John. Someone put a link to your blog from LoCO to this article of yours.
